AMBROSE REAFFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TO CHARITABLE GIVING IN 2010.

NEW YORK, December 28, 2010 - Ambrose increased its charitable giving in 2010 and reaffirmed its commitment to charitable giving overall.

"We feel it is important to give back to our community, especially when so many are struggling in these hard economic times," said Ambrose CO-CEO Greg Slamowitz.

Ambrose's selected charities include the All Souls Soup Kitchen, Heart & Soul Charitable Fund, Streetwise Partners, and the Life Adjustment Center, Inc.

"I cannot begin to tell you how much your very generous donation means to us and our program.  Ambrose has always been a very loyal supporter of the All Souls Soup Kitchen and we are very grateful for your support.  Your generous donation will help us fill our budget gap and will allow us to serve more than 2,000 meals to hungry people in our neighborhood.  We really appreciate all of the support you have provided.  Thank you," said Ashley Garrett, Executive Director of the All Souls Friday Soup Kitchen.

"During these difficult economic times, the Heart & Soul Charitable Fund is extremely grateful for the long-time support of Ambrose.  As you know it's all about people.  Heart & Soul is focused on helping those groups working with the underprivileged and underserved and I think Ambrose, with its strong history of work in human resources is always there to bring out the best in every individual and every organization.   We really couldn't ask for a better partnership," said Warren Yeh, Board member and Grants Committee Chair for the Heart & Soul Charitable Fund.

"We cannot thank Ambrose enough for the amazing generosity they have shown to StreetWise Partners - I am grateful on a daily basis for the incredible partnership we have, and the excellent Ambrose staff who are always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions.  This recent donation, is another demonstration of their dedication to helping us to achieve our mission, and with 91% of all donations going directly to our programming, this donation will really help us continue to serve motivated low-income individuals with multiple barriers to employment, and get them on the path to a successful career," said Melanie Christianson, Interim Executive Director of StreetWise Partners, Inc.

"On behalf of Life Adjustment Center, I would like to express our gratitude for your charitable contribution. During these troubled times, when the State of New York is experiencing a $9-billion deficit, and the funding for our services had been significantly reduced, a contribution from Ambrose will allow us to continue the existing level of services. Thank you," said  Yuri C. Feynberg, Founder and CEO of the Life Adjustment Center, Inc.

About The All Souls Soup Kitchen
For the past 33 years, 52 Fridays a year, the All Souls Soup Kitchen has offered a nourishing meal to an ever growing number of hungry people who live in the community.  In 2009, it provided lunch to over 13,000 people and served more than 18,000 meals.  So far this year, the kitchen is on track, sadly, to surpass this record.  Every week, between 40 and 50 volunteers work to provide neighbors with a great dining experience.  Additionally, students from more than 25 schools and 4 summer camps have volunteered at the Soup Kitchen.  Volunteers prepare the entire meal, set tables, create centerpieces, wait on guests, provide musical entertainment, and clean up.   The organization feeds the hungry and provides a place that adds human dignity and the warmth of community.  For additional information about The All Souls Soup Kitchen, please visit www.allsoulsnyc.org.
