Professional Employer Organization Featured in CBS News Economic Report on the Job Market

New York, NY, December 30, 2011 - Ambrose was featured in a CBS Evening News Economic report on the job market. During an interview with CBS News, Ambrose Managing Director Hugh LaRoche commented on Ambrose’s recent growth as well as the growth of its clients.

The story entitled “Slowly but surely, the job market is healing,” by Jim Axelrod, discussed positive developments in the job market and economy. In addition to discussing recent unemployment statistics, the report noted examples of businesses that were hiring, and Ambrose was featured as a business that grew its headcount in 2011.

“We added on about 20 percent year over year," said Hugh LaRoche of Ambrose, "and we're already slated to add on another 10 percent next year."

In response to questions about hiring trends, Mr. LaRoche added that many of Ambrose’s professional employer organization (PEO) clients also grew their headcount in 2011.

“Are the clients we're servicing hiring? Absolutely--there is no question about that. The small business engine is working and we've seen that in terms of growth," said Ambrose Managing Director Hugh LaRoche.
