AMBROSE ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH FUNDINGPOST
NEW YORK, August 17, 2011 - Ambrose announced a partnership with FundingPost (www.FundingPost.com ), the online exchange and national events organization that introduces entrepreneurs to venture capital firms and angel investors. As part of the agreement, Ambrose will sponsor select FundingPost signature conferences as well as present its latest seminar content as part of the events agenda.

The first Ambrose seminar to be featured will be Best Practices For Start-up Companies, presented by Ambrose Co-CEO John Iorillo. The session will cover practices and information early stage companies can use to set themselves up for future success. Ambrose has worked with over 1,000 start‐up companies over the past 15 years, and Mr. Iorillo will discuss his experience in areas such as employee selection and management, human capital budgeting, vendor selection, among other topics. The session focuses on practical solutions early stage companies can implement easily that will form a solid foundation for future development and growth.
The first FundingPost conference event Ambrose will sponsor will be the Connecticut Angel Investor & Early-Stage VC Conference, to be held at the Lawn Club in New Haven, CT on Sept 7, 2011. The event will introduce start-ups across a variety of sectors to prominent angel investors and venture capital firms. During the half-day event, start-up exhibitors will be able to attend a pitching workshop followed by an elevator pitch session in front of an investor panel. The second event, The Media & Entertainment Investing Conference will feature start-ups across a broad spectrum of the media and entertainment sector and will take place on Thursday, Oct 27, 2011, at The University of Miami.
