AMBROSE PARTNERS WITH FLORIDA ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION

AMBROSE SUPPORTS FLORIDA FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMUNITY THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH THE FLORIDA ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION

NEW YORK, August 24, 2011 - Ambrose announced a partnership with The Florida Alternative Investment Association (FLAIA), a non-profit association supporting the alternative investment industry in Florida.  As part of the agreement, Ambrose will contribute to the organization’s mission by participating in FLAIA signature events and providing best practices content to FLAIA’s members.

“We are very excited to partner with the Florida Alternative Investment Association, an organization that has a strong commitment to advancing the alternative investment industry.” said Ambrose Co-CEO John Iorillo.

“We are excited to support FLAIA’s mission and share our leadership and human resources best practices and insights with the alternative investment industry in Florida.” said Ambrose Co-CEO Greg Slamowitz.

As a niche PEO with a specialty servicing financial services firms, Ambrose strives to support growth and development in the financial services sector through various sponsorships and its best practices content.

The first FLAIA event that Ambrose will participate in as a co-sponsor will be the upcoming “One-on-One” event on November 29th - 30th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami, FL. The program will introduce fund managers to institutional investors that represent > $50BN of assets during a 2-day series of personal face-to-face meetings.  As part of the agenda, Ambrose will also present content from its Seminar Series - educational workshops on key human resources topics and best practices for financial services firms and small businesses.

“FLAIA is excited about our new partnership with Ambrose, as they are exactly the type of "Best of Breed" service provider that we are actively recruiting to the State of Florida.  Ambrose's wide range of HR-related services allow fund managers to focus on their core business of generating financial returns for their investors.  In addition, their consultative approach encourages fund managers to explore solutions they would not likely have known about or considered and ensures that they maintain HR-related compliance across all areas of their business."  said Jason Molesworth, Executive Director of the Florida Alternative Investment Association.

The Florida Alternative Investment Association not only supports the alternative investment community in Florida but also the early-stage businesses for whom the industry is a primary source of funding.  As a human resources outsourcing company, Ambrose works with financial services firms as well as other small businesses and professional service firms. The new partnership with FLAIA coincides with the recent launch of Ambrose’s Boca Raton, Florida office.
