AMBROSE LAUNCHES COMMUNITY VIDEO; AN INSIDE LOOK AT ITS PEOPLE AND
CULTURE

NEW YORK, March 30, 2011 - Ambrose has launched its new Community Video on its website, providing a glimpse of the people and community life at Ambrose.  In doing so, Ambrose reiterated its commitment to clients by demonstrating a key strength – its culture.

Ambrose recently launched a new website and branding effort.  The Community Video is the latest content in a campaign to present the company’s people and culture.

“It is always difficult to describe the passion people at Ambrose have for one another and our clients.  Finally, the video captures this passion,” said Ambrose Co-CEO John Iorillo.

“Ambrose has great people with strong core values and that is our inside advantage,” said Ambrose CO-CEO Greg Slamowitz.

When producing the video, Ambrose interviewed several of its employees about their experiences at the company.  The group included employees from different departments including Ambrose Principal Marc Dwek, the company’s very first employee.  The participants’ candid and unscripted responses demonstrated the strong sense of unity at Ambrose and the prominence of the Ambrose Core Values as the foundation for the company’s culture.

Each participant recited the Ambrose Core Values - “Humility, Integrity, Respect,
Excellence, Dedication, and To Teach and Be Taught.”  They also recalled their collaborative experiences and indicated that Ambrose really is a workplace “where people count” (The company’s internal slogan).  The video features unrehearsed clips of Ambrose employees at their day-to-day responsibilities and daily meetings.  In addition to the commentaries and impromptu clips, the video also contains images of other cultural pillars– the Ambrose internal blog The Daily ‘Brose and the Ambrose Library.  The video concludes with many of the participants delivering a common Ambrose cheer – “Rock Da ‘Brose.”

In 2010, Ambrose launched its Seminar Series, complimentary classes on HR best practices to allow small businesses to adapt to the changing landscape while focusing on their core. The most recent seminar, Leading A Growing Company, discusses aligning human capital, developing corporate culture, and embracing change, among other techniques for leading a growing small business or start-up.

Ambrose intends to play back an extended version of its Community Video at its upcoming Quarterly Meeting in April 2011. Ambrose quarterly meetings are often energized, firm-wide meetings where all of the operating groups creatively present their accomplishments and goals as well as share stories and recognition in order to jumpstart initiatives for the following quarter.

Ambrose retained digital Marketing & PR Agency Makovsky + Company for production of the Community Video.
