AMBROSE CFO / COO ERIC FOODIM ASSUMES LEADERSHIP ROLE WITH NATIONAL TRADE GROUP

NEW YORK, October 14, 2010  - Eric Foodim, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Ambrose Employer Group LLC (Ambrose), will serve on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). The association represents the $43 billion PEO industry, which delivers Fortune 500 employee benefits and human resources expertise to America’s main-street businesses.

Foodim was elected to his first term as a NAPEO Director by a vote of the national membership during NAPEO’s annual conference in late September. More than 300 PEOs and more than 150 vendor partners participated in the annual conference held at the JW Marriott Hill Country in San Antonio in September, 2010.

Eric S. Foodim joined Ambrose in 2000 and is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is responsible for leading Ambrose’s finance, accounting, compliance, and operations functions. Prior to joining Ambrose, Eric was the Assistant Controller of govWorks.com, Inc., an online provider of e-business solutions for local government. He spent three years in various positions at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, a New York investment bank that provides an array of financial services. He currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors of the Life Adjustment Center, Inc., a New York City non-profit organization. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University.
